Tennessee Water Falls
Tennessee has some of the most beautiful parks in the country. They are clean, well maintained, and very user friendly. This gallery represents a weekend trip my friends and I took to the Cookeville area just east of Nashville. We all live in southeast Missouri and this was just a five hour drive for us. There are numerous parks and waterfalls in the area. I would like to mention that we stayed at the Comfort Inn just off I-44 in Cookeville TN. There are several motels available here and all are located on food court row offering an unlimited selection of restaurants for your dinning pleasure. John Gilbert

Fall Creek Falls Base: I have been to this falls before but this was my first time hiking to its base and what a fantastic hike it was. The base of the water fall is hidden to you by a rock jutting out but the trail goes around it and you are immediately thrown into an area where the temperature drops drastically. You can see by this picture the water frozen on the rocks from the mist this fall throws off. This picture was taken in February of 2013.
